Cranborne Farms are looking to recruit a skilled and safety-conscious Harvest Operator for the 2025 harvest, based in Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to progress their skills in a forward-thinking and friendly business.

Cranborne Farms occupies over 3,000 acres of largely chalk soils producing combinable crops and grass. We are widely utilising regen farming practices and conservation principles to build soils and ecosystems complementing food production. We operate high spec John Deere equipment with precision ag technology.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, corn carting, assisting with autumn crop establishment, workshop duties and general farm duties.
