Cranborne Farms occupies over 3,000 acres of largely chalk soils producing combinable crops and grass. We are widely utilising regen farming practices and conservation principles to build soils and ecosystems complementing food production.

Due to the retirement of a long standing and valued member of the team, we are looking for a progressive and enthusiastic farm operator. The successful candidate will play an important, valued and active role in the farm team and more widely across the estate.

This role may suit a graduate with experience of working on farms or someone who is looking to progress their career.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drilling (Horizon DSX), hedge cutting, relief spraying, machinery maintenance and general estate work.
