A warm welcome to Heather Giles
We are delighted to welcome Heather Giles to our property team.
Heather’s experience will be a great asset to our team here at Cranborne as we are a diverse business and her background prior to joining us reflects this . Most recently Heather worked for John D Wood in their residential lettings department, and previous to that was with the Nettlebed Estate, an organic farming estate in South Oxfordshire.
Heather and the team have a broad remit and will have some key projects to deliver for Cranborne, including the management of 3 major, high level refurbishments of residential properties which have remained relatively untouched for the past 40 years. These will be completed to a high standard and will be aiming for a high B EPC rating, in line with the standards laid out to deliver the long term plans for the business. The properties will be available over the course of the next few months.
In addition to this, Heather will also be assessing our property IT systems with a view to streamlining these to make them more efficient, improve benchmarking, and make them simpler to operate.
Heather lives near Lymington, on the seaward edge of the New Forest National Park, and is a keen cyclist.
“I’m very excited to be working with the team at Cranborne, and returning to the charm and character of a country estate setting. The cycle commute appears challenging – but I’ll find a way!”
